First start to cook Quinoa (15 min 1 cup Quinoa, 2 cups Water)

Then start to cook Broccoli around 12 min

We fry garlic with chili on the non-stick pan.

Then we add all vegetables which are in our fridge (everything you like)

if you like spicy food you can add 1 small spoon of red curry pasta.

To all I add 1 cup of water and cook around 15 min. To  Quinoa I add half avocado  and then all the rest.

It is healthy and delicious
